We are having requirement within RBATP as follows.
1) Item line quantity can be split in to 2 location based on RBATP (Loc. determination) but this should be with minimum order quanitty from one location.
2)If sales order is having multiple different line items then those needs to be confirmed from one location instead of splitting it because of having single packing of items for one sales order.
Can we fullfill these 2 situation with RBATP as well.

we have 10 Plant in the ECC , 1 of them is Production Plant and the others are Distribution Centers, when i transfer a Material assign to Plant 1000 (Production Plant ), and to 1100 ( DC Plant ), to APO , it was transfered assigned to two locations 1000 , 1100 of type 1001 and not 1001 & 1002, then how to force from the ECC to set the other Plants as DCs.

When running program SAPAPO/ATPQ_PARER_R have been getting the above message. Now the following steps have been taken so far
1. Ran om17 no inconsistencies
2. Ran programs /sapapo/atpcq_reset and /sapapo/atpcq_gener
3. Ran program /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC
Still getting the above error, know there must be another program that I can run, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everyone,
We have recently come into a situation where we have thousands of orders bein placed for patricular matrerial numbers. We have blocked the allocation for these items as we would like to control which orders are allocated. I have recently come across ODLs and these seem to have the potential to help achieve this. I have used the ODL to prioritze the wanted orders and have them confirm the pieces as needed. The concern is it seems these confirmations can be lost. I would like find a way to have these orders generate deliveries to avoid other orders jumping in line.
Any suggestions?
I am using snp Aggregate planning. In most cases I am planning at the higher level product in SNP. However in some cases I need to plan certain lower level products by themselves prior to planning the higher level product. I need to fix the planned orders at the lower level so the higher level planning run does not wipe them out.
How can I fix snp planned orders after a batch snp planning run?

In my detail scheduling board there are process order which are deallocated status when ever i schedule the block the orders are getting schedule with scheduling date . In the sence they are not allocating to resource .due to these is i am getting unspecified charcterstics in gatp log

Hi Experts,
We want to implement a solution wherein we can run the SAP APO Macros in the background from the Planning Book rather than from the background job. The idea is to , When a user logs into a planning book , and then execute the macro from the Macro ICON in the Interactive planning book, immediately , the macro which was executed should run in the background for the selection loaded in the Planning book. The Macro should not run in the foreground. So does anyone have any idea on user Exit / BADI where we can write this logic inside the Macro Icon. Did anyone try to implement this scenario ?

Hi,
While accessing the "Maintain Product Allocation Object" in GATP configuration, we are getting the error " Syntax error in program "/SAPAPO/SAPLATPQC"".
We are getting this error recently, when product allocation group was changed in development system.
We checked the note 1788812 for the same error. But this note is not applicable for us, since it is valid till SP level 1 of SCMAPO - SCM7 Ehp3. We are on higher SP level ( SP 6.).
If any one has encountered the similar error recently and have an idea, how to correct this error ?

Hello all,
We set up a simple data flow :
1. Safety stock calculation in SNP planning area.
2. Creation of a datasource corresponding to this planning area.
3. Data extraction with infopackage and DTP, to load an infocube.
During this data flow, the is no filter and no transformation. We just want to extract a list of material and the corresponding safety stock.
For that we use the standard aggregate 9AMALO / 9AMATNR.
The problem is that some materials don't appear in the cube, although we can consult a safety stock in /SAPAPO/SDP94.
Comparing other material (which are correctly extracted), we can't see any difference in master data.
How to analyze why a material is extracted or not...?

I am trying to get gATP to create a stock transfer order (or STR) in ERP using PP/DS functionality as described in SAPHelp link below:

I have performed the following steps:
Please note, at the moment we are not using PP/DS for anything else yet, so no other PP/DS specific configuration has been performed. Also, no CIF specific config from APO back to ERP.
During sales order entry, RB-ATP in APO is triggered, and correct rule etc. is determined.
Requirement date is 10 days from today to fall inside planning horizon.
After saving the order, no STO or STR is created in ERP or in APO.
No requirement visible in APO via transaction /SAPAPO/RRP3
Any idea where I am going wrong?

Hi,
One of our process chain nodes is failing while trying to call the program for PA initialization-/SAPAPO/TS_PAREA_INITIALIZE.
The variant that we have set is utilizing "*" in the field for Planning Version. We have observed that keying in the individual Version names instead of "*" is solving the problem. The exact error message that we are getting is "Version with internal ID does not exist".
Need some urgent inputs.

Hi Experts,
We are having senario, where we need to use product allocation along with MISL functionality.
- We are having MTO strategy and using product allocations for plant capcity. We are using GATP for SO confirmation based on product allocation situation from different plants (Location determiantion by using RBATP).
But in one senario for one cateory of product we need to check different locations but confirm all items of sales order from one locations only. In this case we are trying to use MISL (multi item single delivery) process along with location determiantion check for product allocations.
We have ceated 2 rules (1 for MISL & 1 for Location substitution). But while testing we observed, MISL rule evaluation is not working as well as it is not going in product allocations from sales order even though MISL rule is determine correctly in SO.
Kindly guide us with step wise process or provide documents to make it successful.

Hi Gurus,
I have an issue on DS board.Whenever user is trying to exit from DS board he gets and empty screen and then the session does not close even after closing the session manually.This happens twice or thrice a day only for users.I am not able to replicate the issue as I dont get any error after entering the selection screen data what user is entering.User is loading only one resource still he get an error.Please see the screenshots for more details.I dont understand how should I proceed with this issue.Please provide your valuable inputs

i said i can do infinite planning without resource consideration
evry hiuristic like say SAP_PP_002 has a specific purpose like planning for standard lots ,planning for dependent requirements .
but he said what you say is a " General statement rather a bookish statement" I want a specific reply to the point , .

I'm facing following issue where SNP PReqs are created in advance or well before lead time.
Demand is in September 06 2015 for qty:2182
total lead time is 50 days
Expected start date to be around 13th July 2015
but heuristic is planning this demand for two different quantities as follows;
Qty 1870 to start on April 22nd 2015 and Qty 312 to start on April 29 2015
I have checked all planning relevant calendars (factory & TS calendars) they are fine. No holidays, no downtimes etc.
No min or max lot size defined in MAT1.
What could be the reason for this behaviour?
Any suggestion/help is much appreciated.
