DBIF_RSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN, LC Download Failure
Hi Experts,
I am currently trying to download my Livecache data using /SAPAPO/OM_LC_DOWNLOAD_UPLOAD but at step B.5. (OM_DWNUPL_DOWNLOAD) we are getting a short dump stating that some of the tables do not exist in Livecache. Specifically below:
A table is referred to in an SAP Open SQL statement that either does not
exist or is unknown to the ABAP Data Dictionary.
The table involved is "/SAPAPO/ORDKEY " or another table accessed in the
statement.
It seems all the online recommendations are to re-initialize LCA and run /SAPAPO/DELETE_LC_ANCHORS however when I ran this report in my development system I lost my planning book data in Demand Planning (Planning version).
Can anyone provide a recommendation to remedy this error while ensuring no data loss of Time-series data?

BOP results update in R/3
Hi All,
We are using GATP product allocation functionality and BOP. Last few day we seeing problem with BOP results update in R3. In BOP all orders are recalculated (MAD or confirmed qty) but same are not updated in R3 update status is "REJECTED". when I checked messages for these orders it displays error message "Change to item "SO #" in R/3 terminated with error (see BOP log)". At this point in time there are not stuck CIF queue related to SO. Not sure what night have caused this.
Please advise if anyone has faced such problem in BOP.

How works XYZ classification ?
Dear APO community
I'm currently implementing the new APO functionality which performs the ABC / XYZ analysis. I was able to simulate easily the expected result in an Excel file for the ABC part but the behavior of the XYZ part remains for me a mystery. I used the variance coefficient as method in the XYZ profil. I get the theorical formula of this coefficient on a website specialized
Coefficient
of variation = Standard deviation (√(((D-D1)²+ (D-D1)² … (D-Dn)²)/n-1) / Mean
average demand (D1+D2+..Dn / n)
I customized the thresholds in the XYZ profil according to the calculated coefficients in my Excel file but I don’t get the expected result when I perform the analysis.
Does anyone already successfully experiment this XYZ analysis and give me a feedback about the XYZ formula ?
What means the value maintained in XYZ profil ? Upper limit ?

Difference between BAPI_MOSRVAPS_DELEMULTI and /SAPAPO/OM_ORDER_DELETE
Hi all,
i am not able to understand the main difference between the 2 FMs. both can be used to Delete Planned Orders.
when i use BAPI_MOSRVAPS_DELEMULTI in my optimizer badi, the deleted orders do not show up in planning book.
wherease if i use /SAPAPO/OM_ORDER_DELETE, the orders are deleted from Live cache but still they show up in Planning book.
Please advise.

My question is if none of the Above mentioned are maintained, how the source of supply will be determined by Heurestics???

Hello,
we have "/SAPAPO/BOP" Job failing in our Production environment because of memory issue.
But it works fine in our Quality system.
Please find the Job log and ST22 dump details.
Let me know, if its because of the memory only, or the data load is very high?

APO DP - Need to migrate a change in Calculation Type of a key figure
Hi,
I have SCM 7.0. In APO DP, I changed the calculation type of the Statistical Forecast key figure from 'I' to 'P' in the DEV environment using /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN and would like to transport it to our QAS region. I used /SAPAPO/TSOBJ and selected the 'Transport Planning Area' box, entering my Planning Area, and selected 'With InfoObject Transport' box then attached to a transport and migrated the transport. The transport migration did not migrate the change to the Statistical Forecast key figure's calculation type. Should I have a different box selected in /SAPAPO/TSOBJ or can this change NOT be transported?

After we run DRP, we find some products are there wihtout proper external procurement relationship and hence not considered in DRP and it is throwing a PR. How to take this list of products which are not having source.

Planning Book to display SNP Planned Order Start Date
Hi ,
Am using SNP Heuristic to run the MRP in APO.
After Heuristc run we generally see the planned orders in the bucket corresponding to end date of the planned order.
For e.g
Qty = 100
Rqmnt Date = 10.03.2014
GR Processing TIme = 4 days
Planned oRder Qty of 100 is visible on 10.03.2014 but when the user goes to Capacity Planning View then teh capacity consumption is visible on
06.03.2014.
So User gets confused as the PLanned Order qty is shown on 10th and the capacity consumption is on 06th.
My requirement is can we show the qty of 100 in the planed oRder start date instead of planned order end date.
In my e.g it would be 06.03.2014 so the capacity consumption and the planned order qty will be visible on the same day.

Sales order item level pricing date in APO
Dear All,
Can any body let me know how to mange the Sales order pricing date at item level and CIF the same to APO.
We have header level pricing date concept now, user want at item level while creting and change mode also which needs to CIF'd to APO.
How to do this. If we do it in ECC at item level it will get CIF'd automatically to APO or any extra settings required in CIF.

CIFing issues from ECC to APO
Hello All
while CIFing class( 2 no.s) & characteristics(14006 no.s), I am getting an error- "characteristic VCB_XXX could not be created " . The performance assistant says that the characteristics already exists. There are total 137 errors of similar type.
I have tried to use the program /SAPAPO/MC01_CACL_FROM_R3 in SE38 in APO but the problem still exists.
With the class & characteristics not being CIFed, I am not able to CIF the PDS. Please help.

CIF error
Hello everyone
One particular error is troubling me a lot. While CIFing PDS from ECC to APO, an error comes which says- "operation XXXXXX has minimum interval time > maximum interval time".
Had it been, only one case, we would have ignored. But there are plenty and I dont know which place to look into in order to solve this.
In APO, I found the PLPO tables where minimum & maximum interval time are present but still it doesn't reveal the PDS number.

Query on CIF Queues
Hi Apo Experts,
I am having some queries on CIF queues...
> I am getting below SYSFAIL error in outbound queues at APO Side.
I can see that error text as " Material status does not allow a planned independent " . But there is no material number in the error text. So i double clikced the queue again. then i get the below screen which gives information about LUW , whichj is very very long ....
Q1. How to know the material number in this particular queue ? I have posted the same question in previous post and i got reply that u need to keep clicking the queue until u find material number. I have done the same , but i didnt find any material number. I was getting this LUW Information , which is very long and it is in digital coding .

Q2. How to process this Queue again ? Can i maintain the Material Status in ECC Side and process this queue again ?
Q3. One question on LUW. Does all the material numbers which are assigned in one Particular Integration model form a single LUW ??
Suppose i have given 10 materials in a integration model X and another 5 materials in another integration model Y , Then there will be two LUW's .. is it right ??
Q4. ( this may question may sound stupid but still.... ) .. Outbound queue in APO gets created when we are transferring something from APO to R/3 , and system was unable to process. So due to the error, an Outbound Queue gets created . My question is , If suppose there is a porblem in R/3 side, then whether an Inbound queue gets created at R/3 side ?? Or only Outbound Queue in APO gets created ?? or both gets created ??

CTM explanation tool
Hello everyone,
In the search path of the CTM explanation tool, I see four messages.
First two are related to "Timely Demand fulfillment"
And the next two are for "Late Demand fulfillment"
I am not sure why CTM is giving two messages each for timely and late demand fulfillment. Is there any logic I am missing?
It should have given only one for each timely and late demand filfillment.
Please note that the information in the first two messages are exactly the same. And the same is case with the next two messages.

Extraction of production calendar
G'Day Gurus.
Is there any standard extractor for TFACD table?
We need production calendar figures in our calculations, number of working days in selected calendar to be precise.
