Exception thrown on executing tcode-LC10

Hi,

     While executing transaction LC10 and providing the name of database connection LCA ,when i click on live cache monitoring with dbacockpit,

I encountered with error:

SAP APO process

Hi Team.

 

Let me list down our entire demand planning process which we are currently doing and help me how we can improve the process in APO.

 

Every starting of the ,sales sending us the sales order and forecast for next month and we are updating the same in our allocation file.

Allocation file is summary of total demand and total supply.

Demand from sales team and supply is the file from planners (planning also manual process, running BOM and getting the SF requirement)

 

So the summary is :demand planning is manual..Planning is also almost manual .

 

Please know how APO this process will be solved.

Hi, we are releasing the forecast from bundle ( parent product) from APO to R3 to component level, issue is that we are able to transfer monthly to weekly buckets,only one component is splitting weekly, other components are transfering monthly only,is the

Hi, we are releasing the forecast from bundle ( parent product) from APO to R3 to component level, issue is that we are able to transfer monthly to weekly buckets,only one component  is splitting weekly, other components are transferring monthly only,is there any configuration setting in APO or in R3.

 

We are using only DP in APO

Invalid Data Status while loading data in planning book

Hi,

 

 

Recently i got the error message "Invalid Data Status - Error reading  data - planning book cannot be processed further ". I was able to resolve that issue by running program /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK with options Repair and check Livecache anchor. Now Here is my question, i want to know why does the livecache anchor error occurred. What steps can i take in future to avoid this error?

get order data from live cache

Hi, experts.

I need to get sales order and purchase order from live cash. And after some research I find the function module /SAPAPO/OM_PEGID_GET_ORDERS which could get orders by pegid, but I am confused by the parameters. What is the data returned from tables ET_ACTIVITIES(Table of Activities),ET_INPUTS(Table of Input Nodes),ET_OUTPUTS(Table of Output Nodes)?  What is input node? What is output node? What is the relationship between input node and output node?

I have a transportation planning book for transport capacity planning using allocation functionality.  I'd like to have a different display calendar for each country as it's displayed in the planning book but I'm having a bit of trouble with my macro, and pointers would be really helpful.

Aggregated Planning - SNP / Resource Disaggregation

Hi all,

 

I am working with aggregated planning, and I have the following questions regarding disaggregation. I would like to make disaggregation based on quota arrangements:

 

     1. Is it possible to disaggregate according to quota arrangements with Resource Disaggregation? Or does it only allows disaggregation based on priorities?

 

     2. In case of SNP Disaggregation, if I want to choose method "Disaggregation According to Quota Arrangements", where can I populate these quotas? On help.sap.com It says that "You define these quota arrangements either time-independent in the master data of the product hierarchy or location product hierarchy, or time-dependent in a time series key figure" But I am not able to find the place...

 

Could you please help?

Can some DC exist as customer also in APO?

For example I have a customer in R/3 say xx11.

I cif it to APO as location type customer.

Can I then CIF it further also as location type plant or DC?

Issue with RRP3 auto refresh

Hi Experts,

 

We have an issue in our APO system wherein, the RRP3 transaction does not get refreshed automatically on pressing enter when changing the product details. Instead it happens only when the user forcefully presses the refresh button. It remains to show the previous product details only without pressing the refresh button. Could anyone please suggest what could be the issue?

Adjust and reschedule block limits heuristic is executed without results

Hello Folks,

 

Greetings..

 

I am using block planning and I have blocks created for producing each grade material on a particular resource. In one of the resource I have a block with an overload and it adjacent blocks are empty and this block will come in a mid way of block cycle.

 

I am using the heuristic SAP_CDPBP_02, I have given the inputs Scheduling horizon, and the follow on heuristic SAP_CDPBP_01

( I also have checked by checking the check box check bucket capacity, it didnot worked)

 

Resource details:

I have defined the resource bucket definition as Bucket Planning and finite capacity as Bucket capacity and also i have defined the tolrenaces for that particular block in the  block basis definition.

 

DS strategy used with the settings Block Planning : Take in to account, Finite capacity : Bucket capacity,Planning direction: Forward + reverse,Scheduling sequence: Finite scheduling with ascending order sequence.

 

Now when i select the block with all the orders inside the block and execute the heuristic it states heuristic executed without any results.

 

how to correct this error?

Error in Timebucket while using Fiscal Week

We have a requirement to run deployment to create deployment
orders weekly. Hence we copied 9ANSNP94 and want to change the timebucket.

 

The weeks definition over here is not the same as SAP Std.

E.g

Cancelation of Sales order shipment doesnt reduce the withdrawal quantity

Hi,

 

I have this scenario, where if a Sales order shipment gets cancelled with a 602 Goods movement, I dont see the correct reflection of withdrawal quantity in RRP3. For eg: There was a total of 26 shipments initially, the withdrawal qty is 26 in APO, User cancelled quantity of 3 of them from a sales order delivery, so ideally the Forecast Tab in RRP3 should indicate 23 in Withdrawal and the 3 should be in the Allocated column.

 

FYI:

Forecast Consumption happens in SNP ( Consumption characteristics are Material/Plant/Customer ).

 

Please advise whether we are missing any Config or is this a standard beheavior where the withdrawal quantity remains static irrespective of Delivery cancelation.
