PPDS type purchase req. start date
Hi,
I have a requirement where in the source plant will deliver goods on a particular day of week. I tried by maintaining order processing calendar on the Tlane, the start date on the purchase requisition created by the heuristic is not the same as on the order processing calendar. Can some one please help me how can I meet this requirement.

When I am running heuristic sap_pp_011 to delete fixed pegging .system is saying that 47 order had been deleted . so how to know which orders had got deleted where to see orders whch got deleted

CTP Strategy Profile
Dear Experts,
We are using CTP in our scenario and have the below case :
In PPDS global settings (/sapapo/rrpcust1) we maintain a CTP profile.
To this profile,we have assigned a strategy with 'Scheduling offset'.
Requirement : Use different 'Scheduling offset' durations for different product-location combination.
Although we can create multiple strategies for a given strategy profile,they are executed as per strategy sequence number (if scheduling with higher sequence number fails).
Is the requirement possible in standard ?
Are there any workarounds ?
Already considered : Solution with combination of PPDS horizon and planning fence.But it is not a substitute for scheduling offset.
Please share any pointers/experience on the above requirement.

Incorrect Fixed duration in SNP PDS
Hi,
We are maintaining the capacity for “SNP Bucket Capacity” with number of periods as 7 days for resources in SAP APO.
However when we CIF the PDS the fixed duration for the activity is getting populated as 1 Day instead of 7 Days.
I have attached the document with setting for reference, request you to provide your input to resolve the issue.

SO not confirmed
Hello experts,
After checking the forum, I still got some questions. Pls help. Tks.
1. Why the order cannot be confirmed (screen shot below)?
My comments: In "APO product availability overview", Receipts 4690 > Reqmts 2090 + Conf. Reqmts 1410. MMBE shows qty "unrestricted use" 104 for the product. There is no block in the order.
2. When displaying the order, an error message pops up. Is the reason that the order cannot be confirmed?
3. How can I make SO confirmed for test purpose?
My comments: Need handling steps togehter with Tcodes as I have little idea about APO. Ok to increase stock directly or use backorder reschedule as the order is in test system.

Mass Maintenance of Resource in APO within the /SAPAPO/RES01
Has ever anybody used and worked with the mass resource maintenance in APO within the /SAPAPO/RES01 ?
Since no any hint in the related help.sap.com, OSS, a step by step guide would be appreciated by the whole APO community.
No, I we are not interested about the MASSD, since this has no such options like the RES01 would offer. Like the mass Capacity or Shift seq. assignment.

Batch status change history in SAP EWM
Hi experts,
where do find the batch status changes history in sap ewm.
Requirement is in ERP system batch has been changed from 'Restricted' to 'Approved' the same batch has been changed in EWM system.
i want to find the old and new values in EWM system.
i tried to find in CDHDR and CDPOS old and new values are showing blank.
Please help me out is there any other tables/function module to get the old batch status and new batch status .
if yes please share some example how to fetch the old and new values.

Forecast date in RRP3 & in Planning book
Hello All,
I have manually entered forecast for 01st of June 2015 but the same forecast is showing in previous bucket of planning book.
In this case system is showing required/available data as 05/31/2015 at 20:00:00 hours.
Please take a look at below screen snaps & help me in understanding which setting is causing this behaviour.

Removing the Order from Campaign in /SAPAPO/CDPS_FDISHEU, but it is not reflecting in DS_ board.
Hello Experts,
we wan to create some custom logic to Remove some orders from campaign. For this we have created a function and removing the order from campaign in /SAPAPO/CDPS_FDISHEU->BEFORE method.
but the changes which i am doing they get save immediately in DB (Without press Save from DS board).
and also they are not getting reflected in DS Board also.
Please let me know, If you need any further information to help me out.

Deployment creating shortages to fill pull demand
Hello guys!
I hope you can help with this deployment issue we're facing. The scenario comprises a plant that is configured to push all inventory to warehouse 1, which in turn will resupply warehouse 2 with a pull relationship. p -> w1 -> w2. When there's not enough supply to fulfill the full requirements for both warehouse 1 and warehouse 2, what is happening during deployment is that warehouse 1 will still send the full quantity that was in the STR to warehouse 2 but will either dip into it's safety stock to accomplish it or even short (so the deployment quantity generated to the end location will not even be realistic.) Do you know if this is a bug, or if we're missing something in the config that will have deployment consider the inventory needs of warehouse 1, and will send less than what warehouse 2 requires when there's not enough inventory and receipts in warehouse 1 to fill both demands?
We are using category types ZMR and ATI on each location in our network in loc3. ZMR (ATD Receipt) contains the following order categories:

AK
AL
BF
CC
EE
EF
EI
ES
In warehouse 1 for each of the skus, our Push and Pull horizons are 548 days and the push distribution is blank for pull. Fair Share rule is B and both of the check marks are applied for Consider Sales Order and Consider Forecasts.
Our system is SCM 713 on service pack 4.

Combine Lot-for-lot Procedure and Periodic Procedure
Hello all,
For some of our products to be purchased, we want to combine both procedures in the Lot-Size procedures of the product:
- Lot for lot procedure
- Periodic procedure
What do we want to accomplish?
After having done an Optimzer, we want to run the heuristic SAP_PP_002 to create requisitions and then we want to execute a fix pegging so that the requisition is reserved for that specific production order (one on one relation between the production order and the requisition).
When running a Planning of Standard lots (Heuristic SAP_PP_002) in the planning run we should be able to respect the lotsizes as required for each production order and at the same time the requisition should be available on Tuesday or Friday during that week.
When I set up the Lot for lot procedure, and I run the heuristic, I get requisitions with the exact lot size as required for the production order (most of the times 1 pc, sometimes 2 or more ...) but then I cannot force them to be available on these Tuesdays or Fridays. When I use the Periodic Procedure, I have the requisitions available on the defined dates according to the planning calendar, but it groups all the requirements into 1 requisition per period. With this result it's not possible to have a 1 on 1 relation between the production order and the requisition.
Anybody having any suggestion?

DP Alert - Single alert for muliple exceptions
Hi All,
Planners requested to generate single alert for multiple exceptions, Here is the example to understand better.
From above image, whenever there is difference between Consensus forecast to Previous Consensus Forecast is more than 10 vice versa, we need to generate alert. In the above example it generates 7 alerts except P07/2015, But user wants to see only one alert for whole horizon.
Meaning though there are many exceptions in one selection user wants to see one alert for that horizon.
I did try with multiple ways options of setting variable flags in iterations, Time unit in Alert/Status etc. No Luck!
Please let me know your thoughts if you come across this kind of requirement.

Version inactive in Plan Book & KF's not updated with Data
Hi Experts,
I've done the following.
- Created MPOS with required Chars & CVCs.
- Created Storage Bucket Profile and Planning Bucket Profile.
- Created Planning Area with required KFs and initialized PA with an Simulation Version successfully. (Tried with Unit ST and EA)
- Loaded demand into Cube (all my Prod Chars have EA as BUOM).
- Loaded Demand from Cube to PA. (log says Data Copied).
- Created Plan Book and DataView, Version Char which gets automatically assigned to Plan Book always looks to be INACTIVE.
- Created Selections for the Data View.
Issue am facing, No data is getting populated in the Planning Book (Demands Qty is not visible).
Your help is highly appreciated.
